Riders: Antoine, Tommy, Brandon, Tim, and Dale

Destination: DeCarlo's - Maurepas

Comments: Today, Antoine led the ride with Tim, Dale, Brandon, and Tommy joining in. We kicked things off from the Chevron in Labadieville, taking Hwy 70 to Hwy 22 for a nice Saturday cruise.

We stopped for lunch at DiCarlo’s, formerly Kevin’s, on the Diversion Canal. While enjoying lunch, Tim mentioned that he was in the market for a new motorcycle helmet. Well… one thing led to another, and the next thing we knew, we were headed to Baton Rouge to check out Cycle Gear.

Tommy decided to head home after lunch, while Antoine, Tim, Dale, and Brandon continued on to Baton Rouge.

The helmet mission was a success! Tim found himself a new modular helmet, and after getting him outfitted, we headed back home on I-10.

Another good ride, good food, good friends, and of course… another excuse to put some miles on the bikes!

Destination: Spahr's Seafood

Comments: Last Wednesday, Antoine, Tommy, and Brandon got together for an evening ride. We headed out from the Chevron in Labadieville, taking Hwy 308 toward Raceland, where we hopped on Hwy 90 and made our way toward Des Allemands.

Our destination was Spahr’s Seafood, where Antoine’s wife, Sara, met up with us. We enjoyed a good meal, good conversation, and of course, some time hanging out together.

After dinner, we saddled back up and took the same route home.

Another great evening on two wheels with the Bayou Bikers! Good roads, good food, and good company. You can’t ask for much better than thatpoleonville, before rolling safely back home.
